Thanksgiving dinner

Sit down to dinner at 2:00 pm

 I have been having Thanksgiving at the Brass Horse now for 13 years now, its one of my happiest days. Thanksgiving was my moms favorite holiday ..she just loved Thanksgiving! My mother was one of the kindest people you would ever meet. She taught me love and tradition. Passing on the tradition of kindness and gratitude for what we have and sharing that. Anyone was welcome at my moms table, one time I brought home a stranger and she just set another setting at the table and greeted him like family. This is the one day of the year when you can sit down with anyone and give thanks for all the little things you are blessed with. As I get older my list of people who can not sit at the table with me gets longer...so I have Thanksgiving dinner to honor tradition for all of the people who can't be here, who we miss so much ...but taught us how important it is to share what you have and be so very grateful for the wonderful people we still have in our lives. So at Thanksgiving The Brass horse is open and we sit down to dinner at 2:00 hold hands, share a blessing and remember all the wonderful people we are with and our loved ones who are not here with us anymore. I raise a glass to my mom who taught me to keep her traditions in my life and pass them on. The extra place setting at my table is for you. If you would like to join us, there is a place for you at my table. If you are reading this you already are a part of my life. So thank you! And now you know why I have Thanksgiving at The Brass Horse Cafe!
